At Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, a member of Paris Institute of Technology, I am the Director of the Part-Time Executive Master “Sustainable Real Estate and Building”, Energy and Digital Transitions (formerly “Real Estate, Building and Energy”).

It is one of the first executive masters in Europe mixing real estate financial and legal culture and building technical culture.

It is the first master dedicated to sustainable real estate to be accredited in Europe by RICS.

I was responsible from 1983 to 2011 for the « Construction Economics » course at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, a member of the Paris Institute of Technology.

The built environment cluster was studied through an innovation-oriented approach, inspired by Joseph Schumpeter analysis.

Two innovation categories were highlighted: sustainable development and public private partnership ones.
